The Maintenance service focuses on routine and preventative care of the pool to ensure the water is always safe, clean, and ready for use, while also optimizing the performance and lifespan of the equipment.
- Water Chemistry Balancing: This is the core of maintenance. It involves the precise adjustment of pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels (like chlorine) to ensure healthy, crystal-clear water. Proper chemical balance prevents algae growth, protects swimmers’ skin and eyes, and avoids corrosion or scaling on the equipment.
- Pool Maintenance (Cleaning and Water Care): This consists of weekly cleaning of the pool shell (floor and walls) and the removal of surface debris.
- Filter inspection and cleaning: Essential for water quality. Filters are regularly checked and cleaned (via backwashing or cartridge cleaning) to ensure efficient filtration.
- Equipment checks to ensure optimal performance: Visual and functional inspections of the pump, heater, skimmers, and returns are performed to detect wear or potential failures, ensuring the system circulates water effectively.
- Automated service report: A digital report is generated to document each visit, including exact chemical measurements, details of tasks performed, and photos for evidence.
